At Kelly Cove Salmon, Phil Tinker (Capt. of the vessel Mark Bolt) and extremely dedicated crew members Brad Elliott, Merle Leslie, Aubrey Keefe, and Dan Abbott, work on the Crow Island, New Brunswick salmon farm site on a -18C morning. With a storm coming, they made sure to clear away ice and prepare the site for rough weather. These farmers work in all conditions to care for their fish.
